Phase 1 - Exterior Transformation

Phase 1 of this project included the addition of a large 850 square foot porcelain paver deck, along with a covered & heated seating area above, and a sandset paver patio below. The existing home had 3 large windows with a territorial view, which we removed and replaced with a custom 6-panel, 21 foot Nanawall, opening up their living room to the newly built deck and increasing entertainment space year-round.

In addition to the structural work, the home also recieved new garage doors and a full exterior paint job, amongst other small improvements.

Phase 2 - Interior Transformation

During Phase 1, we were additionally contracted by the owners to perform an extensive interior remodel, including a full layout change of their master bathroom, kitchen cabinet refinishing, interior paint, floor refinishing, and accented gold walls.
