This single story rambler had not been updated since it was originally built, in the mid 1960's. Our team took it down to the studs and performed a complete interior renovation of the entire home, including new electrical and plumbing throughout. But perhaps the most dramatic change included major structural improvements, which allowed us to vault the new dining room ceiling and open it up to the kitchen, while adding a 12' double sliding glass door to access their new poured concrete patio.
