Concannon Residence

Phase 1 included an 850-square-foot porcelain paver deck with a covered heated seating area above and sandset paver patio below. Three large windows were replaced with a custom 6-panel, 21-foot Nanawall, opening the living room to the new deck year-round.

Phase 1: 850 sq ft deck, covered heated seating, Nanawall, new garage doors, full exterior paint. Phase 2: Full master bathroom layout change, kitchen cabinet refinishing, interior paint, floor refinishing, accented gold walls.

The owners were so satisfied with Phase 1 that they immediately contracted Stern for the full interior, a two-phase transformation driven by trust earned on the first job.
