Bellevue, WashingtonThis project focused on a complete kitchen layout change including removing load-bearing walls, both interior and exterior. The architect wanted a brighter, cleaner, more modern aesthetic with custom veneered walnut cabinetry.
Kitchen remodel with structural wall removal, custom walnut veneer cabinetry. Complete deck reframe and rebuild in Ipe with powder-coated steel handrails. Stained 1x6 cedar shiplap siding and 1x4 clear cedar soffit, serving as mockup for future whole-home siding replacement.
A kitchen that went from closed and dated to open and architectural, plus exterior work setting the stage for a future whole-home update.
