Woodridge II Residence

This single-story rambler had not been updated since it was originally built in the mid-1960s. The team took it down to the studs and performed a complete interior renovation, including all-new electrical and plumbing throughout.

Gut renovation to studs, new electrical and plumbing, major structural improvements to vault the dining room ceiling and open it to the kitchen, 12-foot double sliding glass door to a new poured concrete patio.

A dated rambler became a bright, open, modern home with seamless indoor-outdoor connection through the Nanawall opening.
